Taking the Festival to the Streets of downtown Tauranga.

The famous Carnival takes over Tauranga's CBD on Saturday and Sunday, when stages along The Strand, Red Square and Aspen Reserve turn the streets into one large concert venue. Sample music from a wide range of jazz, blues, soul and funk delivered by some of New Zealand's best live bands.

The WoJAZZ stage in Aspen Reserve delivers a colourful ethnical mix of music styles infused by the flavours of Brazil, Africa and of course Aotearoa.

The action is located amidst dozens of fine bars and restaurants, with the sparkling waters of Tauranga Moana as a backdrop. Arrive early to sample the plentiful offerings of the downtown shops and take your children to the kids zone in Grey Street.
