The History of Jazz - The Concert

There will be a special vibe in the theatre, echoing the buzz of 5 decades of Jazz Festivals in Tauranga, when this 50th National Jazz Festival will be opened with this gala concert.

You are invited to take the seat of a time traveler and revisit the music of past decades, when the stage will be filled with the stars from the past and present. Welcome back to the festival stage Jim Langabeer, Malcolm McNeill, Stu Buchanan, David Feehan, Murray McNabb, Erna Ferry, Mike Booth and Ann Pacey.

Join us for this magical night of music, let's make it glitter and glamour, bubbles and black tie, the lot – we have got a reason to celebrate!
